A plate of hokkien noodle on a sunday night.Service was fast.
This plate consists of pork lards, cabbage ,and noodle tossed with dark soya sauce. The pork lards are crispy...
We also order Wat Tan Hor which was overloaded with gravy and tender poached egg.
Overall opinion: what felt for the hokkien noodle and the wat tan hor is lack of heat(wok hei).A little bit cold when served.Perhaps, is just our luck on that day.
If you are not a big eater, just order for a person's portion,it'll be sufficient enough...
P/s:Not halalThere were few restaurants that are specialised in hokkien noodles.Looking forward to visit and venture out more hokkien noodles in future. To be continued..
can help to suggest some places that sell yummy hokkien mee n its halal? if you ever get the chance to... :)
