Vegan Fish Yam

During the MCO period,I have learnt quite a number of vegan dishes from my mum & one of the most difficult which requires some technique is to make a vegan fish from yam 

With these simple ingredients,such as yam,yeast,softening oil, wheat starch flour,is essential to make a yam vegan fish.

Below are the process:

1)Steam the yam cube until it softens

2)Mash the yam

3)Mix wheat starch flour with the mashed yam

4)Add yeast,softening oil,and mixed with the wheat starch flour mixture earlier from step 3 until the dough becomes less sticky

*Tips*:While mixing,add on some flour consistently

Trip To Hangzhou Day 1

The trip to Hangzhou in March.The weather is cool & the temperature is around 7 ~ 12 degree Celsius. Cost about RM1900 for a 7 days vacation.
I shall talk about the first day visit first.
The travelling takes five hours

In-flight meals

 

 After breakfast in the morning,we visited a park

Devotees make their prayers inside the temple. 

After that, we were brought to the west late park for a sight seeing.

After that we went for lunch

It's upon surprise that The Alley is not overly crowded with people

 Spotted a car that deliver goods service.They are reliable & fast.According to the tour guide,when sender try to send item today,receiver will be able to receive goods by the end of the day.

Around evening,we have pay a visit to one of the shopping outlet

 Spot a coca cola machine in the outlet.
