WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM[Part 1]

I'm on a diet recently and is watching towards what I eat daily.
Recently i join a wellness club that uses herbalife products.

The herbalife 10+1 program includes a diet plan by wellness coach.I have to eat according to the calorie intake(magic number) suggested.Besides I have to visit the wellness centre to drink the herbal tea,aloe vera concentrate & also F1 herbalife shake.
Apart from that I also participated in the herbalife event earlier which was held on the 7th March 2015.It is an hour full workout event,across multiple venues around in every region of the globe, including in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Romania, Spain, Italy, U.K., Russia, Ukraine, Africa, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Panama, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada and the U.S.

I love Fresh Kon lens so much because it is so comfortable and it gives a bigger eye look

Tips on how to put on contact lens:

1. Wash and dry hands
2. Put contact lens before make up
3. Once contact lens is in the eyes,move your eyelid up ,down ,left  right to ensure it is in the right position

P.s;I make a tutorial for those who is afraid of wearing contact lens.I haven't put on any make up when doing the video,because it is best to put on after wearing the lens

Restoran ss2 Murni has a variety of food choices to choose from. The portion is big and is suitable for those who are watching their diet.The price is quite affordable too
